Refund Policy

We want you to adore your CLARKE & HOLLAND piece, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, here’s how to arrange a return:

  • Contact us at samclarkeandholland@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Return the item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

  • Unless your item is significantly different from its description, return postage costs are your responsibility.

  • Please use the same shipping method (including insurance) as your original delivery.

  • You are responsible for the item until it safely reaches us.

  • Refunds will be issued minus our original shipping cost.

  • Customs, import, or tariff fees cannot be refunded.

  • Customised pieces, layaway purchases, and items marked “final sale” are non-returnable.

International Returns

In addition to the steps above, you’ll need to complete a customs form. Please clearly mark your parcel as “returned goods” or “return to sender” and use the correct tariff code. If you’re unsure, just ask—we’re happy to help!

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method.

A Note on Antique & Vintage Jewellery

Every piece at CLARKE & HOLLAND has a story, and with that comes character—sometimes in the form of gentle wear or small imperfections. We do our best to avoid items with significant damage and will always highlight any notable marks or quirks in our photos and descriptions. Please review these carefully to ensure you’re happy before purchasing. Age-related wear is part of the charm, but we can’t be responsible for any damage that occurs after you’ve started wearing your new treasure.

A Note on Gold Colour & Tone

Gold, much like people, comes in a wonderful range of tones and hues. Differences in carat, age, origin, and wear can all influence the colour of a piece—and capturing these subtleties in a photograph is tricky. If you have a preference for a particular gold shade, please get in touch before ordering, and we’ll do our best to advise.

If you have any questions about returns, refunds, or specific pieces, just reach out—we’re here to help make your experience as delightful as possible.
