Shipping Policy

At CLARKE & HOLLAND, we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of size or destination. We aim to dispatch your jewellery within 3 working days of receiving your order—often sooner where possible. If, for any reason, dispatch is delayed, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

UK Orders

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which typically arrives the day after dispatch (usually before 1pm).

International Orders

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. If this service isn’t available in your country, we’ll use Royal Mail International Trackedinstead. Please check that Royal Mail delivers to your country before placing an order. If you need help confirming this, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to assist.
If you prefer your parcel not to require a signature on delivery, please email us with your request.

DHL Express is available upon request for an additional fee—contact us for a quote.

Insurance

We trust our couriers, but if your parcel is confirmed missing in transit, rest assured that you’re fully covered.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs (excluding USA)

International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or tariffs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend checking your local regulations before ordering. This customs calculator may be helpful.

Please note: Parcels refused or returned due to unpaid fees are not eligible for a refund. Customs delays are beyond our control.

USA Customs, Duties & Tariffs

From 29 August 2025, shipments from the UK to the USA are subject to a 10% blanket tariff. The previous $800 duty-free allowance no longer applies. Duties should not apply to genuine antiques over 100 years old, but will apply to other items.
We can offer Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) for USA customers—contact us for a quote. When checking out, please provide both your email and telephone number, as required by PDDP.
